1) Re: Feeling the energy. I've been offering Quantum-Touch sessions since I first learned it in 2002. When I told our instructor that I wasn't feeling the energy coming up through my body, into my crown chakra, then down my arms and out through the palms of my hands, she simply explained, "You don't HAVE to 'feel' it, you can simply IMAGINE it!" From that day forward, I simply imagined I had what a shaman friend described as "hollow bones". To this day, 22 years later, I STILL cannot "feel' energy, but imagining the energy as fluid flowing up through the hollow bones in both legs, merging at my mid-section into one hollow tube up to my crown chakra, then bifurcating down the hollow bones in both arms and out through the palms of both hands continues to be effective. 2) Re: Staying focused. In 1973, my teacher reminded us that logic tells us you cannot put a large object into a small container. However, our existence is the exception to that rule, for within this small, finite body resides the INFINITE! He added that the bridge between our finite body and the infinite that resides within each one of us is our BREATH. If you think about it, the breath that just now came into your body has NEVER been in your body your entire life! It comes in from who-knows-where and goes out to who-knows-where, only to be replaced by another breath that has never been in your body. But each seemingly insignificant breath brings this precious gift of Life. Now, add that to the often heard suggestion, "Live in the moment called now." What does that have anything to do with Quantum Touch? It took me several years to understand that, simply focusing on each breath IS the "moment called now"! While offering QT to someone, I can FEEL each breath as I imagine the energy traveling up through my hollow bones and out through its exit point. During that session, *I* step aside and allow the healing energy to pass THROUGH me, not FROM me, and into my client. I see that person as completely whole, free from any discomfort and/or suffering because, as Einstein said, "Energy follows thought." So, I'm basically meditating, with love, while offering an energy-based healing modality designed to help the innate intelligence of my client's body to heal itself! Quantum-Touch WORKS! 💕💗💕

I just touched my pendant to the change in my wallet with the intention of charging all the coins with love. As I spend those coins, they'll charge others, which in turn will charge others... and who can tell where the love will go, and how far? Thank you so much for the inspiration!

I love my pendant! Though I don't yet see energies, and am far less able to sense them than Biana Telle seems to be, I love knowing that my pendant is connected through the quantum field to all the others, and that it is charged with and transmits the energy of everyone in the world who is using them.
