I made this because there were so many reviews of the product that picked on the wrong things. Fine, if it's broken when it arrives then send it back - but leaving bad reviews because it needs a lot of tuning (cheap nylon strings will do that - they'll settle down after a few weeks) or because you don't know how to attach the strap just seems unfair.
