Very good lessons to me to learn sitar by the master

This is so far the best video tutorial ever seen by me on holding sitar and the posture one needs to maintain. I personally find it very difficult to position both the legs as described by you (and which is an absolutely needed perfect positioning of legs). Pls make more and more videos giving us step by step growth in learning sitar.

What is another sitting position, because I can't seat due to knee problems
