    This video is absolutely brilliant-a game-changer for anyone looking to install an under-hood air compressor other than ARB on their Jeep Wrangler! So happy someone in Jeep community finally figured out how to do under hood onboard mount without spending $1,000 on an ARB setup. Thank you so much of doing this :)

    Great video, thanks! 4 month owner here, 3700 miles on the Jeep. Did you ever have to do the RH downstream? I had the dealer replace the LH Up and Down, and the RH Up just went bad. I am going to replace both the RH sensors because I am tired of wasting time. It took 2 weeks and a Jeep escalation the first time to just do the first 2 on the left. I won't do that again. The dealer did some PCM update at that time, but that didn't stop the RH upstream from going bad. I think the 2024s just had a bad batch of sensors. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.

      @InJeepious Месяц назад

      Thanks! I haven’t replaced the downstream oxygen sensor yet, but it’s one of the two the dealer already changed. I’ve heard multiple explanations from both the dealer and Jeep, but nothing definitive since the issue keeps recurring. I’m hoping for the best-I even bought an extra sensor and am just waiting for the last one to fail!

    let me know what you get for your lower control arms. May need to invest in that as well.

    • @InJeepious
      @InJeepious Месяц назад

      I chose the same lower control arms (Mopar part #68322798AA) used in the Mopar 2-inch lift kit. Keep in mind, this setup might not work for everyone-it depends on your Jeep’s trim, lift, and modifications. For my Rubicon X, the caster angle was less than 4 degrees, and I wanted to increase it for better tracking and handling. I also upgraded to OME heavy-duty rear springs to accommodate extra cargo and towing, which raised the rear slightly. The slightly longer Mopar LCAs were the perfect solution to correct the caster angle and improve overall performance! I opted for fixed arms over adjustable ones because they are more maintenance-free-fewer moving parts mean less risk of loosening or wear over time. While adjustable arms offer greater flexibility to fine-tune suspension geometry for custom setups, fixed arms provide reliable, consistent performance without the need for frequent adjustments. For my setup, the fixed Mopar arms provided the perfect balance of simplicity and durability.

      @@InJeepious That sounds great. I may eventually move to a gladiator to handle additional towing. If not.. I may also add some heavy duty springs as well. Thanks so much.

    Thank you so much for this video! This is by far the best video out there for Wrangler JL 3.6's O2 replacement. I am just about to replace my B1S2 after rough idling with code P0137. Mine is a 2018 with 70k miles, and I've heard many 2024 MY have this issues with all four O2 sensors due to high voltage. You might still want to bring it to the dealer to refresh PCM to fix the problem at the source, especially under warranty.
