Why show images of brains? That's neurology. 'Psychiatry', as it's Greek name denotes, is 'soul doctoring'. Over decades 'soul' has been translated into 'mind', and psychiatry is now purportedly the diagnosis and treatment of 'mind disease' -which, acording to the American Psychiatric Association, 'is just like heart disease or diabetes'. 'Mind illnesses are brain disease' (or the weasel term, 'brain dysfunction') the experts will explain; 'mind refers to brain'. Except that by such reasoning, neurology should absorb psychiatry -an impossibility, since the hallmark of psychiatry is an activity that any moral neurologists eschews. ...But more on than on your own. That all this sounds too illogical, mendacious, and Kafkaesque to take serously, is just the opener; Read Dr TS Szasz's writing on so-called mental disease and you'll see.

Dr. Putrino, respectfully I contest that dx shouldn't occur at 4-6 weeks. I think it is case specific and there are several red flags that indicate if it's LC. At this point, the manifestations are so many and we have many people that had prior infections that went away and now they are back, so the symptoms "present" like the prior infection but they are directly related to immune system perturbation.

I wish to say this: I felt as if I had been poisoned. I was feeling ill for 1 year (all 2020) with some of the symptoms (shortness of breath and fatigue and others) lasting into a second year. I started to feel normal in 2022.. slowly getting back to normal… it was so awful. I had all the covid symptoms including lung infection. To me it made sense when I read on the Italian newspapers that the virus maybe came from snakes.. it made sense to me as I felt poisoned! My inflammation markers were very high for months and months despite taking steroids which were prescribed after one months that I was already ill, too late.

You want to talk about race issues? Okay. Which race has the highest percentile of fatherless homes? As consequence, which race commits the most crime despite low population figures? Which race is encouraged by their single mother to go have 'hot girl summer'? Which race has the worse marriage and divorce statistics? These are real issues that need to be addressed. Not some arbitrary nonsense about racism in random systems. When you get to the real issues I am ready and willing to hear you out. Until then miss me with this bullish.

You are right racism is terrible, no one should be treated better or worse based on skin color! But all you are talking about is helping is people of color, you're talking like all white people are racist and all white people have good health care available to them, which is wrong! Also not this interview but another one you were referring to black and Hispanic women as mothers and in the same breath you called white mothers ..white birthing people!! So please explain how you come up with the differences based only on coloe..people of color you use the word mother, white people you call birthing people. It seems to me if you are fighting against racism, you would take a look in the mirror and correct yourself, because you are also practicing racism!

By September my tongue turned completed white and started to have urinary problems and prostate pain. Finally got a test on my tongue and it came back pos for Candida. Was on Fluconazole for 2 weeks, helped a little an also seemed to help my prostae. Doc didnt renew prescription because they claim white tongue is normal. Even though before covid my tongue was fully pink. Breath now smells again, mouth dry again.....

Mine is the opposite. I have thin wet sputum, and not a viscous, slippery sputum. And my mouth gets dry and numb. Right now my tongue is numb and my lips almost numb like a weak shot of novocaine. I tested POS for covid on November 10th, negative on the 22nd. And negative ever since, yet my mouth cotton mouth, persists. Even with Gabapentin 200 mgs for the last 8 days, there is very little change. I drink 4-5 bottles of water per day. I believe my mouth nerves have been permanently damaged and I may never get the same sensation in my mouth back again. My tongue doesn’t have a pronounced crack down the middle, and it has no splotches, typically seen with thrush. No yellow. My tongue looks healthy. My blood test showed I was 2.5 positive for Sjögren’s anti-body, but I don’t present typical symptoms for Sjögren’s. I don’t have dry eyes, scratchy eyes etc. I don’t think my mouth will ever be the same. I don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. I think Covid ruined my life. And I was fully vaccinated twice and wearing myself mask everywhere. Anyone else have the same tingling or numbness, as opposed to constant dry mouth.

I had COVID end of Feb, beginning March 2021. I had to have a tooth removed end of March and had an implant on a right top molar. So I had a metal post there for 5 months before getting my dental crown. The entire time, my tongue was sore. I thought it was because of the metal post. But after getting the crown, my tongue is still sore. I think it becomes swollen and presses against my teeth, making it sore. My tongue looks completely normal. Some days are better than others. But sometimes my tongue is so sore that I don’t want to talk. I’m just figuring out that the tongue is / was the problem. Not the dental post.

The pedialyte works the best though. And sugar free throat losenges or gum to help spit glands produce saliva. You might have to do this for a few weeks. Maybe drink some scalding hot tea or coffee to soothe and kill the virus. If you didn't get the vaccine....idk go to the hospital i got mine.

Should I get a second opinion? Is this something that can actually happen, in your experience? I looked it up and didn't find any information about it. I may also be ovulating, and I read that makes the cervix smaller. I was devastated to get this news. Mirena is the only thing that has worked for me

My problem with HIV has caused me many traumas, especially in my love life.I was so afraid of infecting my boyfriend, I suffered the embarrassment of visiting dermatologists queries hundreds of times.Unfortunately, they did not find a definitive solution to my problem. The solution came from the least expected herbal doctor which is (DR Chava C.O ) By reading in a specialized forum on the subject,How to cure HIV virus completely. All. Agree this is not traditional thrush, hence its lack of responsiveness to common treatments; however, by definition it is. Even thrush as we know it, is stubborn and hard to beat with treatments. The difference here is the body’s immune response- such a compromise will create challenges in response to traditional treatments. I treated my dad with it for almost a year post covid- and he’s still PRONE to it more than average person- it requires aggressive protocol of salt water morning, after meals and before bed- and eliminating all forms of surgery from diet

You mentioned warm salt water 4 times a day worked for your father. I will be doing that as well. But did it take a whole year to clear? Is there anything else or a particular test/exam that you would recommend? The doctors here (Australia) don't seem to have much experience with covid tongue. Thank you so much🙏
