Despite recently SBM released "the affordable" one, you did a good job! I personally hate the stock SBM bridge that is very cheap model looking, though I get it due to cost reduction thingy.
Yeah, I dont like the bridges on the ray4 either, the big hunk of metal covering the body for no reason. This one on the ray34 is decent, doesnt cover a bunch of space unnecesarily and has the pieces on the side to hold the saddles in place. I like that.

I love how much character the video itself has. The zooms on your fretting hand, stopping to pose for the thumbnail in the middle of it, the gamecube in the background, and the steps to success on the whiteboard. Is your jazz bass the one with the stacked knobs? I always thought that configuration was neat

Nice video. I am building something similar. Any issues with pots not being long enough to fit through a rear rout body?
I would say no issues imo. Some people may prefer the potz to stick out farther from the wood, have more space to screw on, but it has never proven to be an issue, never fallen out or become unscrewed, so it's a non issue.
Sunburst is my favorite color on guitars......I want to hate this, but it's sooo good. I love the way this build turned out bro. Awesome job and thanks for sharing!
