Ever wonder how the Apollo command module connects to the service module if all of the command's module's bottom are heat shield? there is an umbilical connection at the side to connect all the wires , life support, and plumbing. An umbilical connection transferred power and consumables between the two modules. Just before reentry of the command module on the return home, the umbilical connection was severed and the service module was cast off and allowed to burn up in the atmosphere.
Soyuz have descent module and orbital module (the usable space is divided into two compartment) . compare to Apollo, where the electronics can work on vacuum. The Apollo module will depressurized and just open the hatch for astronaut to perform EVA. And pressurized again after return from EVA (without a separate airlock). Is this the case for Crew Dragon?

For movie filming purpose, F-35 only sit 1 cockpit pilot. For this movie to be real in the skies, they had to use FA-18 Super Hornet Growler. It's a 2 seat cockpit and the actor are seating in the back roll. Assuming if the enemy country is Iran, US sold some F-14 to them. Go look it up.
Did you subscribe? You offered an out of movie explanation for the use of F-18. My theory for the in movie explanation is that the movie took place before there was carrier based F35. But USA did have F22 which was built before F35. F-22 introduced in 2005. F-35 introduced in 2006, but F-35C was until 2018. Maverick was able to find an operational F-14 because USA sold F-14 to the then friendly country Iran!. It was kept operational for fourth generation stepping stone training purpose and AWAC with it's powerful radar.
@@JasonFlyingCar There was an F35 taking off the carrier at the opening and they mentioned that they couldn't use F35 due to some radar issue. The main reason at the end of the day that they had to use real F18 (2 seaater) to get real flight footage with real actor experience real G.

But the Soyuz is visibly more cramped than crew dragon. Maybe we need to consider how big are they on the exterior/ fairing. Also Soyuz separate pressurized sections into orbital and descend modules, making them look even more cramped during launch when three astronaut are in the descend module.
