Justice shouldn't take too long to analyze whether to allow execution... it should be more agile

I would give the death row in mates a choice “life” in prison or execution, death or life in prison is as a good deterrent you can get. In Australia it is life in prison and no death row, death penalty was stopped in 1966, the system works.
