Highly recommend, great location near to many restaurants and mini market. Super comfy beds, spacious room, very clean, friendly staff and wow...excellent breakfast, stay here one night, so didn't have time for swim and gym.

It's quite old hotel, but very clean and what's surprising is the dinner is spectacular, breakfast also greats, didn't expected they offer such a great service and pampers theirs guest with excellent taste, plenty of menus, never have this experience in my life, strongly encourage you to stay here and tried the dinner and breakfast. for the room, to be honest not very happy

Easy Parking, nice location with mountain backdrop. Dinner was served by orders before check in, after check in dinner are not available to to add on more person. Nice Onsen, triple room is huge but the shower room is super mini. Overall is a nice hotel for families

Best transit airport with super comfortable room, perfect for short or long stay too. Spacious lobby with very warm welcome from all the officer team. Barbeque Garden, super complete minimart and free pick up &drop off shuttle bus, I would like to comeback and strongly recommend to all type of travelers.

We are Indonesia traveler, visited Patagonia and Iguazu falls Brazilian and Argentina side, we stay here for transfer flight to Jakarta and also like to visit Citadel Outlet Shopping. The room is spacious and super comfortable. Everything is great, I love the breakfast is so many choices Only check in and out take a little while. It's a very busy hotel many airline staff stayed here too.

Hotel bagus.. fasilitas anak belum lengkap. Di laut bisa berenang bisa kasih makan ikan sambil berenang. Kalau makan keluar lumayan jauh sekitar 30 menit. kalau makan di hotel harga hotel bintang 5.
