Vijay Kedia held Aegis logistics till it became a hundred bagger. However in the first 3 years the stock hardly performed. My suggestion would be to hold with a long term horizon as that is where the big money is made. 9 months is just 3 quarters of business and as a shareholder it would be foolish to expect magical numbers if you look at it as a business. If we can be patient while holding real estate so should we be while holding stocks. This is the general approach I follow. Not a buy or sell recommendation on this particular stock.

I generally tend to stay away from super high market cap stocks with low growth potential. Looking to create alpha rather than the normal 15 to 20 percent. Hence personally this stays out of my portfolio. Not a recommendation, please do your own research before investing.

The reason can be varied. The stake sale amount is around 10 crore. The promoter does draw a salary of 1 crore per annum too. Maybe he wants to buy a new house a new car. Maybe he feels the valuation is premium for him to encash. Possible.
