I don’t really get why Paul Daniels got a tongue lashing off Roger. Was he supposed to lie and say he was really in to Queen? A difficult position for him to be in, sitting there with two grieving guys. Also, why did Brian deny that Freddie had been wild and promiscuous? I think everyone knows now that he lived life to the full in every aspect, certainly in earlier years. Plenty of references to back that up.

All Paul said was that he was into magic, and not much into music. Just because he did not lick the arseholes of them and say they're a best thing since sliced bread doesn't mean he's a dick. Roger's comments about him are absolute ridiculous. He said he wasn't much into music so that makes him a dick? Maybe he didn't feel like being cozy with them because they happily visited apartheid South Africa.

I was a Queen fan from the beginning in 1973, and hung in there until 1976, time well spent I would say but it was painfully obvious that their recording studio accomplishments were not going to be duplicated in a live concert setting....there choice.
