Absolutely beautiful. Reminds of the edge of the reef display at the Waikiki aquarium. Is water pumped in from the nearby Red Sea? The coral colonies are impressive as are the stunning beauty of the reef fish. You should add a shoal of Zanclus moorish idols, Chaetodon semilarvatus and scarus quoyi.
Is that a vlamingi tang ? The huge looking surgeonfish or a large wrasse ?
It would seem that these kinds of ponds would be like tidal pools. In tidal pools the conditions can get rather harsh. How do you deal with temperature rise in a pond like this?
The average temperature of the Red Sea is around 80 Fahrenheit. It also has a higher salinity compared to other tropical seas.this aquarium is located in Elat Israel. You have it backwards as lagoons are very calm whereas seaward reefs or the reef crest is subject to strong wave action of the ocean currents. Many marine aquarium hobbyist owe to themselves to visit natural coral reefs around the world, the Red Sea,Australia’s Great Barrier Reef and the rest of Oceania, East Africa and rest of Indian Ocean, the Caribbean. Get away from the artificial ocean of your home aquarium and see what you should be striving to replicate in your living room reef aquarium. Look at the flora and fauna and try your best to replicate what you see as relates to biotope and the aquascape of natural coral reef.

The water filtration works all the time and the water comes directly from the sea the corals all natural not plastic that park is in Israel Eilat at the red sea very beautiful place you are all welcome my brother go there to stay 3 days &now he lives there almost 13 years its really amazing please

no its not, there are also tridacna clams so they naturally have to dose calcium and others.
They probley have it hooked up to the ocean and tangs eat all the algea
