Capacity and Competency
The last video related to informed consent!
Capacity is necessary to give valid consent, and is typically presumed in clinical medicine unless there is a reason to suggest otherwise. If there is an indication that the patient may be incapable, a physician should conduct a capacity assessment. If a patient is deemed to be incapable, the physician must find a substitute decision maker to represent the patient.

Bro
So basically, most of the medical profession clearly violated this essential ethical maxim in the past 3 years, but because their funders and regulators were the ones behind encouraging the violation, we'll just allow them to continue practicing in this degenerate system.
Thank you! This helped me with my presentation.
Shoutout Dr Phillips
In my decades of advocating for someone that does NOT have “capacity” to make informed decisions, hence cannot, hence should not, have their “consent” accepted by medical and legal persons as “sufficient consent”, none, not one, even to the highest levels of surgeons, and judges, have ever once questioned if he is capable to give consent, and proceeded to do all they want to him. I say this is heinous crimes of abuse.
Used this animation for my presentation, It's well paced and well thought out, thank you guys !!!
Thank you so much.
If one guy is sufferring from heavy fever and cough and sudden weightloss and also suffering Frm diarrhea,,,,,,,,,,and he was admitted as inpatient for Checking his illness........and hsptl gng to take hiv test for him..........in this case hsptl can get signed in the "informed consent" to his family ? Or only for severe surgery we should go for informed consent ?
Informed consent is when you are threatened with removal of your rights such as the freedom to travel and to work in order to force you to do what someone else wants.: ruclips.net/video/LTM-JyFWyGw/видео.html
