Both the terms are interchangeably used so Contract Research Organization (CRO), sometimes known as a Clinical Research Organization, is an organization contracted by another company to take the lead in managing that company's trials and complex medical testing responsibilities

Honestly, I always knew about this: I just wasn't interested in getting any vaccination ever, not for seasonal flu, not for Covid. Infact, the initial worldwide mentality was "everyone should be free to choose" ... then the hate-propaganda arrived , masked as vaccine campaign.

Clinical trials are conducted the same across the globe. The local regulatory requirements might differ from one country to another. Rest assured when it comes to following the trial procedures and conduct, all the trials across the world ensure they abide by ICH-GCP requirements.

Well it depends upon the recognition that a company gives you for the good work and not the amount of time. Staying in a company for a longer period does not guarantee progress and wanting to stay in the same company by sacrificing growth is a sign of complacency.

Hello sir i have recently satrted as a fresher CRA in Monitoring BA BE studies and collect data, but my senior are saying that this experience of BA/BE studies is not useful as compared to CRA in Clinical trials monitoring , is that true ????? Please explain me as i am very confused
Yes that is true to an extent. Because BA/BE trials are very niche and you won't be able to work on any other indications. BA/ BE trials are performed in a way and that's it, you won't get to learn more or update your skills. I agree with your senior, do not limit yourself to BA/BE. Try to work with others therapeutic trials and improve your portfolio. This way you would be relevant in the future as a CRA and not be restricted to a particular type of trials.

Site master file which is the same as investigator site file. People use the terms SMF & ISF interchangeably.
