I want to know when airports are going to use these to take planes to and from the runways . Environmental and fuel saving impacts
Nice Flight
Fantastic push back, I'd never used one of these sadly just a normal tow bar..great days 👍
Love hearing those big engines start up!
Why do they need to lift the nose gear?
To steer the plane. It gives a pivot point to turn it from like you would reverse a trailer with a car.
@@tin2001 But the nose gear can turn too... I am specifically curious about lifting the nose gear instead of just pushing it like other pushback vehicles
Now the Passangers are ready for their Flight
This is what I do for a living. I push the Boeing 767 and 737. We use the TLD TPX-200 which operates in the exact same way.
why do you have 2 people walking with you? towbarless truck, you can do everything by yourself!?
Up close and personal!
Really enjoying your videos just subscribed to your channel
thank you
Automatic connection to the plane must be a huge time saver.
Useless video as always. Just wanted to know how the wheels are lifted up..... but no. Well done !
Que lindo hermano!! Hermoso sigue así saludos desde argentina!!!🎉
Вот это проблема,а что у вас пилоты не умеют выруливать
👍👍#
It's Asiana Airlines.
Are those air brakes I hear?
at 0:14 when the towing vehicle reached toward the wheel it looks like a clumsy robot from the 80's Sci-Fi movies, something like RoboCop. 😊
Nice vid. I work line at the FBO and the biggest I have ever pushed is a Flexjet challenger 350.
How large is the "area of death" in front of the engines?
At ground idle it’s about 15 feet.
Why they just standing under it
Do they have a problem getting traction in the snow?
Don’t know is snow would be the culprit for the loss of traction but I have heard that deicing solution on the ground could be a problem for push truck to gain momentum.
@@pestano60 thanks
In snowy conditions the pilots usually start engines after pushback is finished. Otherwise the pushback truck maybe would struggle to push the plane backwards.
@@Breenild an idling engine tho isn’t emitting any forward thrust
@@Jleed989 even idling engines produce thrust, since they are running at about 40%!
ICN ???
怪力ですね。😳😲😮
Now that tug is a beast!
Thanks
wow, this is so much quicker and easier in the US

Supersized that your allowed to wear baseball caps near running engines....F.O.D. Any guesses on cost to remove baseball hat from engine??? $500,000.00 ?
Less damage than a bird strike.
@@dougaltolan3017 Not necessarily, a hat can stall an engine at idle, a bird may not cause damage, but the inspections would be the same, so you would have at least similar basic costs.
@@oldscuba I think you'd get some benefit from watching AgentJayZ RUclips chanel. He explains what stall is for a jet engine, and its not the same as a vehicle engine, it is not a cause or concern for damage.
what airport
All that money and no reverse gear! Even aeroplane-the film- had reverse gear!! 😅
Arguably, you can use reverse thrust to back up. I was on a plane once that did exactly that. But the jet blast is kind of tough on the terminal windows.
As Patrick says, planes do have "reverse gear" but it is preferable not to use it. In normal configuration, any gravel on the ground will be blown backwards, away from the engine intake. In reverse, tat dirt is blown forwards right where the engine will suck it in.
I have to say, that is one bad@ss strong machine.
It would have been nice, to have seen the 'actual' process of getting under the wheels?
I agree but today anything for money goes!!
Do you think it’s fake? They just shove things under the tires or squeeze them a bit and boom they go up, power of hydraulics

what airport is this
I enjoyed flying to Spain on this aircraft in high school
the video quality looks like ultra graphic flight sim
I'm actually struggling to tell the difference these days!
