Excellent video hun and I really resonate with your take on what you had to share! I was really drawn in to watch this particular video today, and I’m glad I did :) Growing up, as I would sense these hidden behaviours in people, these same people seemed to somehow know that I was picking up what was hidden psychically, so they would react in a very negative way towards me as a result of them feeling somewhat exposed, all hell breaking loose so to speak, it being a very alienating experience at times for me, and all that would unfold. So hearing you speak about, and seeing you too noticing such things brings me some validation somehow because I often felt alienated regarding it, so I appreciate what you’ve shared :) Much love and light to you :)

Thankyou for sharing this ..very timely for me as I have just gone through a massive upheaval to disrupt the narcissistic dynamic with certain people in my life by challenging their perspective..so I am now the bad guy but what a relief to step out if the constant bombardment of " you are not as good, successful, kind,smart etc as me" which I have been hit with for many years ...with the love bombing in between to keep me invested in them as I then feel guilty for questioning whether they really are the nice person they believe themselves to be ..and all they see is the love bombing and so my actions are seen as a betrayal..they are the victim ..they never will look at their own contribution...I do have compassion for the trauma that has shaped this behaviour but I was no longer able to tolerate it's soul destroying impact ..the funny thing is that two years ago I had a moment when I realised what was happening and that I was "done"..and I said it quite firmly " I am done"..and from that point everything fell into place to move her out of my orbit ..from the outside it looked like everything going "wrong" ...but I knew that it was God moving everything around to pave the way to freedom ..I just feel immense relief now ..

I now prefer to say I am the Master of my Experience, which focuses me on creating good experience. it should also be stressed that if one wants to heal through meditation it's gonna take persistence. people who have achieved complete remission from certain illnesses through meditation meditated every day, like clockwork, often for many months. this is not for the fickle. it takes courage and tenacity.
