I read the article a few months ago about the young man who was inspired to build the South Park Tiny Community; what I found most interesting in the video was the quality of materials, the installation to reduce the noise pollution and the care that very few Developer invested when building an affordable community. How dreadful! These homes are sooo overpriced it's ridiculous. So what does that mean, people? This seeing life through race, legacy colored eyes allows blacks to be taken advantage of by their own...with a smile on their faces. Absolutely embarrassing. Be a critical thinker and stop thinking with a black, segregationist world view minority, in a predominantly white country so much! Then you will not be so easily played like this!!! This video with this lady in red interviewing him...this may as well be an infomercial that comes on at 1am in the morning. Zero critical questions from her. Pay attention. My only complaint with this builder is the price he charged to black people for the price per square foot of these properties. As well as for black people in general to be settling for so little as opposed to going for the dream homes. This is a step back to me for a primary residence. It's the using the black unity thing for me. That's my biggest problem. It just sucks black people right in.

They were on Shark Tank a couple nights ago (March 2024). No one invested because its a lot to mangage, but everyone agrees its a good idea. I have bought food from several "honor system" scan-and-pay shops inside medical complexes and hospitals, and I love it. I get to shop and check out and never interact with another human.. my body is tingling just thinking about it. And when you stay at a hotel and see they have a tiny shop with food you perk up, but then you get closer and see its all ramen and crackers and junk. It would be nice to have an entire store stuck in the hotel somehwere that doesn't need and employee to manage.

Please stop the loud music behind the people. It drowns them out and over-competes. We can't hear them and the music adds absolutely nothing but annoyance. I have no idea what this man was talking about. And had to mute the repetitive noise and just put it on captions. Can't be what you want for such an otherwise good idea and good show. Excellent idea, excellent delivery otherwise.
