Man i wanna get one too! Pretty expensive but worth it from what i hear xD. I just bought a boxed gba sp so probably wouldnt be a “good” financial decision haha.

TDP does not need to be changed, let the console take as much energy as it needs for the smooth operation of the console. It is better to set the lock to 34fps, you will get stable smooth gameplay with normal battery life.

@ is it only beneficial to lower tdp in something like hades which is less demanding as I’d imagine you’d get same performance at 90fps with lower tdp ?

I'll try to test it in Hades 2 now 15,10,5. 90fps

15 TDP=90fps, 10TDP=90fps, 5TDP=76fps, 4TDP=46fps, 3TDP=36fps.

total TDP consumption of Steam Deck Oled in Hades 2 when locked at 3TDP 6.9Watt. the game produces 36fps you can play for 7 hours on battery

on Asus Rog Ally x the game runs smoother. and if you connect AFMF2 you can still play at maximum graphics settings, but one big BUT on ASUS I don't have enough track pads like on Steam Deck in the video you can see how I go into the character's inventory and switch the game pad mode to the desktop control mode and then turn it back. how to play keyboard + mouse and connect to the monitor Asus is definitely better how to play on a laptop then my choice Steam Deck is a little wider image quality but more convenient control

Повірте мені я користуюсь Steam Deck уже три роки і вінду ставив на неї. І тобі на сто процентів скажу краще працює на SteamOS. А як що ти поставив віндовс запалі ігор із зелених сайтів то є багато прог які ставлять ігри без всяких проблем як і на віндовс

Не знаю что тебе и сказать я не ставил игры из других источников и как они работают на Steam Deck. В стиме мне получилось подобрать настройки для стабильных 30 фпс на всех этапах игры
