I'm scared of most bugs, but my husband is good with everything but roaches and mukade. However, he's afraid of slugs! 😂 I was like, "You can outrun a slug! It can't even fly or anything!" Slugs in Japan are so tiny, too. I grew up with banana slugs in the PNW, and I'd never even seen a cockroach until I moved to Japan. Tell me why I traded my slugs for roaches and mukade and suzumebachi and ashidaka-gumo. 😭

Yeah, so Kairi being a princess couldn't produce a Heartless or a Nobody because of her Heart Of Light, BUT when her heart left Sora's body, it reacted like a normal persons heart would and Sora basically gave birth to his and Kairi's twins. lol Just look at Namine and Roxas, if you saw them walking down a street you'd think they were related.

so i did have every system that came out but remember back then new systems only came out like every 4-5 yrs. i only got new games, system, shoes and toys for as a b-day present / x-mas but because of bills my b-day/x-mas presents was always late by a 1month or 2. so b-day in Oct. so dont get present until late Nov or early Dec and dont get x-mas gifts until late Jan middle Feb or wait until income tax. so when my mom took to go shopping 1 or 2 pair of shoes (depend on the price) which was jordans that had to last for the whole year. and whatever toy or game i wanted. during the year ps2 was out xbox was also out and it was the hottest system but since my mom had bills by time i went to the store there was no more xbox's so i got an PS2. KH1 and 2 was ps2 which i got on x-mas and following that year i got KH1 and a 1yr and half later KH2 drop. during that year i so happen to see Chain of Memories in walmart and got it on GBA (AM a big Pokemon fan) thought it was different from the Kh1 didnt realize it was apart of the story until i was playing it. got KH2 THEN WAITED A LONG TIME FOR 358/2 DAYS, Birth by Sleep, and Recoded. Learn about they existence from the KH13 forums and learn they was gonna be on DS,PSP, AND cellphone (😡🤬for kh recoded). DS story- I had a Gameboy and GBA (pokemon fan) i was tired of always playing my games in the dark when i travel at night with my family. so when the GBA SP came out and i learn it had a backlight so you can play at night. i really wanted it but because bills i never got it but i always told my mom what it was and show it to her constantly so whenever she was able to get it she get it. When the DS came out the first commercials didnt say what all it could do they only just promoted that metroid game and that spiderman movie game. never mention the features of the DS so why i want that if i have a gba and gba games. So im in 7th grade i come home from school my mom tells me "hey i went to walmart today i brought you back something" i got see what it is and i see thru the bag it says nintendo now im super happy until i take it out the bag and i see it says DS🤬(This was the first time i showed my ungratefulness towards my mom). im like "why you buy this this isnt what i wanted" she like "i ask the walmart person whats best to get" I CUT HER OFF " THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY TALKING ABOUT". she calmly told me "i'll take it back dont worry". i walked off with the bag sat it down change clothes then decided to take a look at the DS box . i read the box and the box says what all you can do (BACKLIGHT, PLAYS DS GAMES AND GBA GAMES) i couldnt believe it so iopened it up and saw for my self it had a port at the bottom for my GBA games and a back light. i cried and ran back to my mom hugging her and saying my sorry i didnt know the DS could do this (im surprise she didnt smack me). KH Coded first came out on the phone in Japan so i watched youtube translated videos about what happen until they actually rereleased it on DS years later. but around this time im in 9th grade i was selling snacks at my school because my school stop us from leaving campus so there was a need and i supplied it. so i bought all my games myself afterwards. KH DAYS, BBS, and my PSP and all future games and systems. after they interviewed Nomura back then after KH2 he told us "KH 3 will come out after DAYS, BBS, and ReCoded" but when they came out i was happyliy waiting for KH3 BUT THINGS HAPPENED. FF13 was so great they had to work on FF13-2 SO Nomura said KH3 and FF13 VERSUS (A FF game i really wanted to play) was gonna be delayed. Then both of the games got delayed again because FF14 came out and it was doing bad. Then Versus 13 got changed to FF15 AND square enix got they hands on Unreal engine so guess what more delays. during these delays KH3D came out and they start rereleasing the other kh games with kh1.5 and kh2.5 because Nomura said the story is on many different systems so lets get them on one system. meanwhile KH CHI , UNCHAIN CHI, UNION CROSS came out on the phone and i played that until KH3. IN BETWEEN the games i would just play my other games or watch the ending and secret cutscenes of each game and look for clues for the next one. but kh1 com and kh2 was all different games when they first came out. you playing the remakes so the made kh1.5 closer to kh2 and made com simirlar to kh1 and kh2. that wgy you having a smooth transition between games. to us some of the game play changes was great with kh1 being a bit stiff and com being limiting kh2 being free and so on.

I kinda knew kairi was the princess of hollow bastion from the first game when they said she was a princess and from her memory flashbacks from 1 showing her younger before the island in the hollow bastion library. Although it is news to me about that part of the journal that the datascape twilight town was from soras memories.

32:58 almost me!! Not 100% release order (i was 4 when kh1 came out) but i did have all the systems growing up lol. Days was my first game then i played 2, recom, and 1. My dad was a gamer and had a ps2. My mom got my sister and i a DS for Xmas and then my brother got a psp. I was able to borrow his psp to play the game on that one. I had to look at gamestop whenever i could to get the ps2 games second hand. We def werent rich, my dad passed away when i was 9. My mom would drive an hour to work at froedert for 12 hours as a RT then come home. The handheld systems were xmas gifts.

I had all the games and systems and to answer your question. They did take a few years in between release dates. I already had a ps2 thanks to my dad getting me into and games and already had game boy advance and Nintendo ds/3ds because I was playing pokemon. Then I would upgrade to the ps3-4 and they kept coming out with remastered ps3/4 versions. Not rich just had time and coincidental circumstances.

Ansem reports always has some good tea, it's sad that the only time I have ever read them was when you were reading them during the stream. The Hollow Bastion music is so fitting when reading the Ansem reports and the way you were reading the reports was so good. Another great stream enjoy your week off and Thanksgiving, even though you don't like it but hope it is less stressful for the family this year

I also have a gluten “allergy” but it’s more of an intolerance. So sad to find out because bread is a staple food of the entire world lol. I tend to eat a little bit of it. "How did you play all the games on the original systems?" Literally I was doing a thesis about video game narratives so I had my college reimburse me for a PSP just so I could play Birth By Sleep. XD I think all the other relevant consoles were mostly Christmas presents. But they were spaced far enough apart that it wasn't crazy to have it when a new KH game was coming out.
