Does Kobi have a tool for calculating utility crossings for utilities that are not normally drawn in using pipe networks? For example I have a project with hundreds of telephone, fiber, gas and power conduit crossings and I could like to have a quick way to determine how far apart they are from my proposed storm and sewer pipe networks.

Ah, interesting. I wrote the same tool but with several variations. One thing on this, is you need to show the resulting triangles. That tells people if you are simply modifying the z on verts of one surface, or adding intersecting tris similar to what a tin volume surface does. That Union option is of interest, as how did you handle the edges? The tris would tell me. So this add-subtract tool is useful for modifying drone surfaces that had vegetation, and you decided on some average value to lower by. The thing is, many times you want to blend that lift/lower for some distance. I did tools that blend by distance from edge, central point, and a few other options. Once you can manipulate surface z's, you can also do things like flatten using some pline boundary. We do that for under piles that are temporary, and we don't want to count the volume for. Another key tool is a "composite high or low" surface, which you need when doing remedial volumes. Sometimes the bottom is existing lowered some amount, and sometimes its proposed lowered some amount. thx

instead of autodesk buying out companies like this and integrate their product in that actually save customer time. They are too busy adding connect alignment and other silly features that are too minute to justify the subscription.

Hello, it is realy cool thing! But there is BUT, if you try to edit corridor build with asembly with offset. Corridor lose targets for offset

So I am having an issue, after I click on all the views to renumber them, there is no button to click that says finish, or complete. I can't seem to get out of the command and my cursor has a gray "do not enter" type symbol. If I hit enter nothing happens. If I click on the sheet, nothing happens. If I hit escape it deletes everything I just did. So how do you complete the command once the sheets are renumbered?

I tested the Pipe Editor function during our 21 day trial and it worked great. This function along saved me. Tested it out on a 42 manhole network and where I had typed in a wrong elevation around manhole 11 and I had carried that mistake all the way to the end. So instead of additional hours of work in manually editing elevations I was able to correct the pipe elevations for all 42 manholes. Trying to get my company on board to purchase. Still have more features to test out.

Dear at my project there is an equation at RD 1+312 and ahead RD is 1+350 which increasing chainage but decreasing the alignment length. I am importing points on alignment by "Station, Offset, Elevation" method however points till RD 1+312 are at same Chainage but after equation points are not as per station by skipping equation. Civil 3d 2017 inserting the points after equation as per alignment length.
