funny story. my walmart just rejected a SNAPS purchase of fresh oranges. they said it was not covered. ..... though the FDA webpage, SNAPS webpage, and walmarts webpages fresh fruit is always OK with SNAPS. walmart websites are correct, .....but it cant fix their local errors...... *i then asked them which aisle might they sell the large family packs of SCURVY on?* they did not find this funny at all. just fried some catfish fillets in morrell lard after using canola oil for years. well, ill be using the lard from now on. they tasted so good. better flavor. we have a mexican restaurant in town that has been a city stable for probably over 50 years. if you look back in the kitchen there is a row of stacked up buckets of armorstar lard waiting to be melted in the fryers. generations of familys cant be all wrong for eating the food being prepared there. in my opinion it is the best mexican restaurant in town.
