Played three (3) years on the original New Jersey Arsenal (Age 12-14)
Four (4) year starter at Gloucester Catholic (1998-2001)
American Legion World Series Champion (2001)
Four (4) year starter at Rowan University (2002-2005)
Two (2) trips to the D3 World Series
Awards: Several NJ State, Conference, and Regional Achievements
Rowan University Career: TOP 10: Career Hits, Doubles, Homeruns, RBI, Stolen Bases, BB's, Runs, At Bats, Games, Total Bases, HBP.
Assistant Coach for the (2006) Rowan University Baseball Team.

Back Elbow Hitting. Get that Elbow Down

So what do I mean by back elbow down. Think of straight back as a 90* right angle. Somewhere closer to 45* will allow your front side to take over the swing. Very important. Obviously, all players hit differently and can be successful as a strong top hand hitter; Bobby Witt Jr., Gary Sheffield, Trea Turner. All great top hand hitters. Obviously there are exceptions. Thanks!!
