What's creepy about the 3rd floor is how unset it is. What a mess!

The fourplex at 415 concord ave in San Jose is haunted and we had to move away from there it got so bad, in 1969 and 1970 something terrorized us for a year.

My father told me about the Chuck E. Cheese on the 3 floor some kids hid in the ball pit and the parents tried to find them but failed. Then the kids stayed over night and died. 3rd floor stays haunted.

I attended Independence HS in the late 80's and early 90's, and my sister attended there in the late 70's and we never heard of any haunting. This seems to be a new rumor circulating around. The only horrors at that HS are it's current condition, I visited with my girlfriend in 2012, what a dump it has become. Very sad to see.

Actually that is not the first location that is just a location open in the mid 80s the first location was demolished

OK first of all none of these are true second of all the pizza theories are fake some RUclipsrs actually got proof that the pepperonis and stuff got stuck to the plastic knives and it was said that this place used to be a toy shop but this was the first location to open back in 1977
