It's a Kool old thing, but wow, what a huge project. If I were to start working on it, I would work on the structural rust issues, (floors, body mounts etc.) , without which, nothing else matters!!,,,,DUBS,,,

It would have been ordered from Superior Coach Works, it’s what they would have called a 2 way unit & would have had 2 jump seats in the back so it would have used as a ambulance when not being used for funeral services (back in the day your local funeral home also ran the local ambulance service hence fourth they would have needed for the vehicle to preform both duties) The body from the windshield back would have been hand built by Superior Extremely cool not many of these old coaches still exist

I love 54-56 Pontiacs. I learned how to drive in my dad's 55 two door Pontiac Chieftain when I was 16 years of age. Two years later I bought my grandad's 54. He sold it to my uncle who sold it to me with 35k miles. Unfortunately, I lived in the Buffalo, NY area and the poor car rotted away due to SALT!!

I have a very smart mind when it comes too sewing and these things. I will buy brand spanking new white and green nylon fabric for it. I would strip sticth pick the old inflatable peice to peice and use the old inflatable pattern peices onto the brand new fabric. And i would cut all the pattern peices and re sew a brand spanking new snowman and it would look exactly like that honestly i re made my homer simpson blow up and mine eas literally no different to what the chinese did years ago i could make these if i wanted too !!

To me flexseal works when the inflatable is not completely thin but a little thing I sprayed it on my Santa in the chair. I only did the chair because it wasn’t that thin, but it was starting to get thin and he works like he’s brand new.
