Thanks! I never tuned lower than G/G#, but I guess it's possible to tune in E0 with a little bit of work on the setup. At the moment I'm using d'addario extra long .135 (for 35" scale, which suits well), but I'd recommend to use fanned fret strings if you have the chance, overall if you are tuning that low :)

@@zedkent4287 just be sure that it's tapered to fit in the bridge saddle. If you mean about tension, I don't think you'll have troubles, the neck on mine is pretty firm (it has a double truss rod)

@@dankof cheers mate. D'addario superlong fit, but the 5th is right on the edge of the nut, so I prefer using fanned strings

@@dankof If you mean the finishes I'd say that the Squier has better ones (vintage modified, don't know about the affinity). But I wouldn't compare other features, they're totally different instruments

Thanks man! Material and constructions are pretty good. Just some minor issues which can be easily fixed (nut, tuners). Everything else is on point. Imo it's a good buy for the price, if you are looking for a multiscale but you don't want to pay a fortune

Hey, signal chain details are in the description. I used the onboard 3-way eq to shape the clean tone (flat bass/high and slight boost on mids). Overdriven sound is provided by the darkglass b3k

Hey, thanks! It weights between 4.5/5kg, can't be more precise now, but surely average for a 6strings. Weak spots could be nut and tuners, their quality seems not the best imo. Onboard preamp (not pickups) is slightly noisy, but nothing so relevant. Everything is more than compensated by the low price, since none of these issues affect significantly the playability and, if necessary, they all could be fixed with little expense. Cheers! \m/

Giulio Abaddon is it worth it? I’m looking for a 6 string and noticed this model but I have found very little information on wether it’s good or not.

It's a rock/metal-oriented bass as construction (i.e. if you look at the pickups position), but it could be suitable for other genres as well, since the clean sound isn't bad at all. I'd say 8/10, also given the price. It's not the bass of your life -or maybe yes if you're lucky :D - but you surely won't have regrets if in the end you find out that fanned frets or these "modern" basses aren't your cup of tea

+Julius Forsaker I love old Cryptopsy and also anything with John Levassuer. One of the best lineups ever in my opinion. I like the newest vocalist but also Mike DiSalvo era was great.
