      Yes You need to consider the largest dimensions, it is the estimate of sheet used for duct fabrication.

      For plenum height, other than false ceiling you need to select flexible duct size, length will be according your grill length.

      By heat load calculation & selection of AC unit. I only assume this CFM, to explain selection of grill. different types of rooms may have different CFM, as per their use and project conditions.

      We know NC level for 625 CFM is 26, Then we calculated by interpolation for 75 CFM to know NC level for 700 CFM. if you will watch carefully this vedio and try to understand the calculation, it is very easy, but to understand the concept,please watch again & again.

    In your 500pa example, can you use 26 gauge for the 12 inch height and 24 gauge for the 36 inch width provided that this duct is made from 4 parts? I don’t see where in SMACHNA that it says you must use the same gauge for the same piece of duct. Thx in Advance

      Yes, you can use gauge as per duct dimensions, but in practice normally we use same gauge for complete duct,according to larger dimension.

      For more no. of pipe, for horizontal you need to make structural calculation. if you can not do this for rough estimate sum total pipe load and make calculation as single point load(as for one pipe). for vertical members follow same method.

    The calculated pipe size yu tabled at last row shows what pipe size, is that recirculation? Then why dont we select on each riser,or i can assume each size yu mentioned on for the whole vertical pipe size as well. Then actual pump head means the complete loop length? Pls explain

      We already calculated gpm in each riser, then accordingly you can select the riser size as per this gpm. Calculated pump head is for complete recirculation piping.

    Per capita water demand XL sheet, once after pump head value, how could we find the GPM. In per fixture method i understand we convert wsfu to gpm.for this case pls explain.

      We already calculated hourly demand, to convert it to gpm simply multiply it by 0.0044
