beim Blick durch den Sucher meiner Nikon D6 sehe ich im linken Bereich immer ein kurzes dünnes Haar, im Spiegelkasten auf der Mattscheibe ist es nicht, auf den Fotos auch nicht ... es muss also irgendwie im Sucher liegen, wie kriegt man das weg, hab auch schon die Augenmuschel kontrolliert da ist das haar auch nicht ... wer kann helfen und tipps geben wie ich dem Problem auf den Grund gehe ... glg, Sascha

I have a Panasonic Lumix G9M2 mirrorless camera. Quick question. Do I clean the sensor with the camera turned on or off? Some say on to lock the sensor others say off. Bit confused. Also do I turn the image stabilization on or off? In all the videos I have seen these questions are not addressed. Help/Advice please.

I don't really understand where the sensor is, can you please explain where is it when the mirror goes up? I don't really get it.

Given that the actual CMOS sensor has a UV/IR cut filter and a clear glass in front of it (except for astrophotography modified cameras) this isn't actually cleaning the sensor, or am I missing something here?

dry clean/rocket blower/towel outside of camera, especially around the edge of the lens at the camera body before starting sensor cleaning....helps a little

What if your sensor is a 2/3 size one? I don't see any sensor cleaning kits for a 2/3 one. All I see is one for 4/3.

Just a small correction, irrelevant to your topic : Fujifilm cameras use a CMOS censor, not a CCD like you mention @1:49

Some people don't reverse the direction of the swab on the second pass. 3 or 4 drops? What sort of magic number is this? Final point, You Did Not Check your work. There is no magical # of passes to rely upon.

Vey nice video - Thanks , I used it and got excellent results - BTW one feedback (That i noticed on my camera) - apart from menu--> "Mirror lock up", i had to also dial the top left dial to "Mup" position. without doign it, my mirror wont stay up.

Gibt es auch Möglichkeiten, die Spiegel im DSLR zu reinigen? Dort hängt meiner Meinung nach der meiste Dreck, der Sensor ist ja meistens unter dem Cover.
