The mower is hibernated through winter. The ground gets far too wet. There is very little grass growth anyway. Hope this helps.

the slope is generally 35% to an absolute max in places at the top 40%. No problem at all.

@@youkeithtube1Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. Does the Robot has to go backwards or not that often? I think the main Problems of slopes is backward driving uphill? And the reason it has to go backwards uphill is when you got stuff standing around in the path of the robot while going Downhill? In the video i saw the robot getting stuck 1 time. I guess it was because it had to go backwards uphill because of something at a slope of >=35% ?

@@thomasguntert5349 When it has struggled for traction it has happened because of wet grass after rain. at points where the ground is uneven. Traction is good on dry grass but if it struggles on wet grass then mud is formed. The mower has a very powerful motor. Yes it is. No problems with reliability over dry summer, but there were traction problems when it rained. No rain sensor. It has gone to a good home - my daughter's. Hi, Thanks for your interest. I've had the Elite for a couple of weeks and I'm really pleased with it. the only let-down was that the instructions were sadly lacking. I had several issues which I had to solve myself by surfing the Internet. The moles arrived about 3 years ago. I've driven them out three times so far. Tried just about everything. They even tunnelled up to the top of the slope. Sad to say. I eventually smoked them out with exhaust fumes from a petrol generator. My boundary wire was on all winter but they still came back after the summer during which time my Yard Force mower was thumping around the lawn - acting as a deterrent.
