Hi Mr. Santos , I am one of your students at Zion my name is Anavaeh. I am off at my mom’s phone.
Comment below…
Generally most cars, if not all, follow the same steps.
Protect your brake hose from unnecessary damage.
Rooto 3 in 1 really did the job!
Want to save a chunk of $$$, watch this video.
Should you fill or not fill the new oil filter with new oil?
Didn’t work but theirs more numbers at the bottom. What are they for
The anti-theft radio I.D. card has the 5-digit code number to use to reset. If you don't have the I.D. card, check the left or right side of your glove compartment. There should be a white sticker with the code and serial numbers. The sticker was on the right side of my Honda. The serial number at the bottom is to help get your unlock radio code to reset. You only need the 5-digit code number to reset.
I have a 2006 Honda Accord I put radio code but soon I start the car the radio shuts off. what it can be the problem?
I'm guessing maybe an electrical wire or fuse?
Super helpful! Followed your instructions and it works again! Thank you!! Took less than 5mins.
That's great! I'm thankful it worked for you.
God bless you for this video. Thanks for sharing it😊
I'm glad it helped! God bless you as well.
Looks like fun. 👏
The kiteboarder was thrilled to make the jump!
I have a 07 accord and the sticker in my glove box but it has a 7 in the code and no 7 on my radio obviously
My 2007 Honda Accord 5-digit code in my glove compartment did not have a 7 or any number above 7. The radio buttons to push are 1-6, no 7. I don't have an answer. You can research online or call a Honda dealer about your predicament regarding the #7.
The cover off my fuse box is gone but the 3rd fuse in, in my Honda was 20 amp and it was gone so I replaced it with the spare 20 and it works again is that ok?? Thanks for the video very helpful 👍👌
You can search online for a pic of the inside fuse box of your Honda to verify what kind of fuse to replace. But since you found out that your Honda blown fuse was a 20A, then replacing it with a new 20A should do the job, especially if it's working which is great. For my Honda, I needed to replace my blown fuse with a 15A.
Cheers
When I hold down 1 6 and the PWR it does nothing I click it hold it down nothing happens
You hold down the radio power button and wait until COdE pops up. Then you enter your car's anti-theft radio code numbers. That will do it. Try it again. It should work.
Will try 🎉😊
This is stupid. Whats the master code?
Worked perfect, also my code was on the glove compartment. Thanks!
Glad to hear it worked for you!
Amazing bro
Thanks!
bought my 03 accord no anti card any suggestions
After opening the glove compartment, check the right side if there's a white sticker with a code on it. The other option is to visit the closest Honda dealership near where you live. They will help you, but call first to see if there will be a fee or not.
@@inthemix9767 i found the sticker! an did the press 1-6 trick it worked an it let me reset my clock....i have an aftermarkt kenwood instaled but no more flashing clock! ty for the great video!
You're welcome. I'm glad it worked out for you!@@ChefBoiImHungry
How many miles? And automatic?
@@sylamy7457 already fixed
My fuse is not broken and the outlet still doesn’t work
I can only guess what is causing the outlet not to work if the fuse is not blown. If you are using a USB adapter to charge your phone or a bluetooth combo adapter transmitter to charge and hear music wirelessly through your car speakers, make sure the charger or transmitter itself is not defective. I have a combo and one of the USB ports stopped working so I used the other USB port which is working. Make sure it's inserted all the way to the bottom of the cigarette lighter socket. Usually the cigarette lighter socket will last. In my case the blown fuse was the problem why my socket was not working. After it was replaced, the USB adapter worked.
What's the part number for fuse #15? Also the cigarette outlet in the center console storage doesn't work either.
The #15 fuse was in the fuse box as a spare fuse, so I used it. You can take the old fuse and go to a Honda Dealership to get a new one or if you don't have the fuse, the Dealership will know what fuse to buy. You probably could go to any car parts store to get a #15 fuse. I haven't used the center console storage outlet, so that would be something to look into.
@@inthemix9767 I ended up replacing the the #15 fuse and the center console outlet worked again
@@MoNeenja Great! In your first post, I thought you changed the fuse and had to figure out how to fix the console outlet.
There all made different. Some are just washers. It's the shut off valves that alot of times don't shut off or leak. 2023 and there still putting that carp in. And plumbers always are trying to sell you a new faucet.
Yes, they are made different and the shutoff valves can cause a leak.
Well Done
Thank you.
Mine does show error instead of code. How can i make it to show code that that i can fill the code?
Check inside the left or right side wall of your glove compartment for the radio code and serial numbers on a white sticker. If not there, check outside the left and right side wall of the glove compartment. If you find the sticker, the top 5-digit number is the radio code you will need to enter as shown in my video. The bottom number is the serial number which you don't enter. I bought my car used and the sticker was on the inside right wall of the glove compartment. Also, included in the owner's manual was the Anti-Theft Radio I.D. card with both numbers as shown in my video. The numbers are different for all vehicles. Now if you don't have the card or the sticker, you can go to a Honda dealership to get the anti-theft 5-digit radio code. They will most likely ask for an I.D. like a driver's license, vehicle registration card, and so on, to verify the legal ownership of the vehicle brought to the dealership. Calling a Honda dealership ahead of time to verify what is needed to get the radio code before going there would help to know what is needed. Ask if there will be a charge. It should be a free service. I hope this helps. Researching online may help as well.
@@inthemix9767 yeah i know my code which i saw in the owner s manual but the problem is that how can i make my radio screen show the “Code” because it’s showing error now and for this reason i am unable to fill the code.
@@aktailor9390 When you enter the 5-digit code, the code numbers do not appear on the screen as you enter each digit. The word Code appears as each digit is entered. Then the next step is to enter the current time. Perhaps the wrong code is being used which is causing the error code.
@@aktailor9390 if you do it one to many times with the wrong code it comes up with the error, so I’ve read you have to disconnect the battery and reconnect it to get the code word back so you can enter the code
@@sterlingcollins3077how long do you need to disconnect for? Does it matter? I’ve heard 15 min
❤thanks for sharing this video with us.
You're welcome!
Got it thanks for sharing this video with us.
Glad the video helped.
I’m gonna have to go back to home depot and look for this kit I got a guy out of his area to help and he just gave me a package of washers that didn’t fit and when I told him it’s not the same he said just buy a new faucet I just left 🙄 I fixed my kitchen faucet and I’m working on my bathroom leak I couldn’t get the ring off the cartridge it’s on there good but I will look for that package of stuff what was the brand name couldn’t see on my tv anyway I’ll fix it
Great you fixed the kitchen faucet. The O-ring brand name is Danco. If a Menards hardware store is nearby, they should have it. If not, any major hardware store should have the correct size. Bring your old O-ring to the store to make sure you buy the correct size. If it's something else, bring the faulty faucet stem cartridge to match the correct item to buy.
Hack, doesn't even know how properly use channel lock pliers. Also most people don't have those quarter turn stops below, and the hot never holds on the hot side, and the seat on the hot side is the first to fail and the generic seat will fail within three months. Show people how to fix that first.
If you follow the video, it will work for you. It's not really hard. I think anyone can do it. You can use almost any tool like a crescent wrench, another type of plier, pipe wrench, etc. to do the job. I just chose the channel locks. It's easy to use. You will be surprised that a generic seat will work fine. Now if you needed to replace a faucet handle, then you would want to buy that particular brand name handle to match the other side handle instead of a generic so that the set up looks pleasing to the eye. But if cost is a factor or the handle cannot be found, and you don't mind having a different handle replaced, using a different handle should suffice. In my case, the generic seat was enough to fix the problem. I think most people would not be driving here and there or traveling to multiple stores just to find the brand name seat. I would say that the brand name and generic seats were probably made by the same manufacturer, so it really wouldn't matter.
@@inthemix9767 At least show the folks how to properly use the channel lock pliers. Really, turning them S backwards..
Fingers crossed O-ring works for me...and not a new cartridge.
Great vid, but why not just replace the whole cartridge?
Yes, you can change the cartridge itself. I was just troubleshooting the problem from the smallest part first and if that worked, then I didn't have to do anything else. Buying an O-ring was cheaper too.
One of the best tutorials I have ever seen!! Fantastic work!! Thanks
Thanks! I appreciate your comment!
Terrific ~ Thanks!
You're welcome! Glad you liked it!
Thanks🤯👍🏻
You're welcome.
Yo did the code work that the video was showing??
@@CooperK999 The code worked. Radio codes are different for each Honda. The radio code can be found in the Owner's Manual on a sticker. It can also be found in the glovebox on the right side on a white sticker. I hope this helps if you are trying to reset the radio using a code.
You just saved me $$$ And great video, straight and to the point, uncomplicated
Thank you for sharing your comment. I am glad the video helped you same money.
lol, get rid of the music, and you have a million asmr views.
