At age 15 I was in a car that was hit head-on by another on the highway. The windshield fell in, and my upper body flung forward, so it shattered against the crown of my head. I sustained damage to the frontal and temporal lobes, because my brain did bounce inside my skull several times. This was 32 years ago, and I'm still in recovery, though I've done remarkably well at every stage of the process. Thank you for posting this, and I wish I had been able to take the survey in time to help you.

That song was amazing!!! Thank you for providing it to all of us! You are the best! I was the guest author at the new Lending Library for the Stroke Reading Group. I presented “Aphasia, Regaining your language from a stroke” to a large group of stroke survivors, caregivers, students, staff, various clinicians and speech language pathologists including my host, Jessica Richardson, PhD., Assistant Professor and lab head at Speech & Hearing Sciences, NM Neuro Rehab Lab, Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM almost a year ago (Monday, July 16, 2018). I remember the picture (holding a sign called "Stroke Educator" min: 3:50) but I didn't know what it was going to be used for...now I know!!! Congratulations to Jessica, the Stroke Reading Group, stroke survivors, caregivers, students, staff, the speech language pathologists and the amazing UNM NeuroChoir 2019! It was so beautiful! Thank you so much! Quite a post! Tom Broussard, Stroke Educator.
