Full screens mobile sentrix. Glass only from China supplier I have her info if needed. Phones mobile sentrix also has but pricey. Generally I buy repair stock online eBay or a wholesaler. I buy cracked front glass phones keep them oem by swapping front glass.

On 14 pro and pro max I use oem frame and lift it up and do a little cold press cold almost all the way around. Then I clamp it. It never comes loose

iPhone screens can be swapped in 6-8 mins.

@iphonerepairsfromhome But you're not about to do a full housing swap and screen replacement on an iPhone in 6-8 minutes. LG Stylo 6 is just remove back panel, remove internals, swap everything into the new display assembly. Even the oldest iPhone would take longer since Apple feels the need to use as many screws and screw types as possible.

@@DemePoole yes but you don’t need to do a housing swap just for a iPhone screen. Only reason to do housing swap is if housing is busted badly. If you buy an iPhone housing with small parts I can still do it in less time than this LG

@iphonerepairsfromhome I guess I should mention that I only refurbish and resell. I don't repair devices for other people, so what you say makes sense for what you do. I'm usually replacing everything that needs to be replaced to make the item look as cosmetically new as possible. I've just found that Apple devices are usually a pain in the ass because of all the screws and flex cables and things needing serial numbers programmed, etc.

@@DemePoole the serialization part sucks. However unless you damage Face ID you just get part notifications phone will work as normal. It’s annoying but there are ways around it like transferring ic chips on displays. Spot welding batteries etc. Apple doesn’t make it easy. That’s the reason I refurb the screens avoids message and client gets back oem display everyone wins. Plus it’s a 1/3 of the price

Buy locally, buy cracked on eBay refurb myself, or I buy from mobile sentrix ( my supplier for parts).

I use .02 and it’s hard to find. .035 will also work be careful. Definitely don’t use .06
