Watching a mom struggle to get her child safely into/out of her vehicle because of ramp malfunctions after a long and tiring school day is unimaginable and so unfair. Straight from their website, Braun states: “BraunAbility wheelchair ramps are designed to meet or exceed ADA compliance standards, ensuring safety and accessibility.” I’ve seen this ramp malfunction firsthand multiple times, so put your money where your mouth is and make this right!

This is terrible. This poor family just wants to have outings and bring this beautiful boy to celebrate life. This needs to be rectified!!!

I can not believe it is 2024, the 21st century, and this ramp and door still do not work. I have seen first hand how the ramp does not operate when my grandson comes to visit me. We must lift the wheelchair in and out of the truck because either the door doesn’t open or the ramp doesn’t come out. This is not fair and not safe. These outrageously expensive trucks are supposed to give freedom not frustration and fear of being stranded or trapped! This is an outrage!! This is the disabled being taken advantage of! Clearly this truck can not be permanently repaired. Too many attempts with no results. The inconvenience is overwhelming. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves!!

Too many issues over the years. It needs to be fixed now so that B can be transported safely.

This van is supposed to make life easier for a family to travel around town, to school, to doctor’s visits and parks but it has not. I was witness to this van that seems to have a mind of its own. I accompanied the family to the doctor’s office in New York City. We valet the car went inside the hospital for the Doctor’s appointments. Just think about the stress of those appointments . Time to get the car . We went out and paid for parking and the attended went to go get the car. When the car came around the corner the sliding door was wide open . We all had a surprise look . L had a panicked look on her face. Her mind must have been racing ,just finished seeing a few doctors ,now how were we going to get home? L composed her self took the problem head on. She got the door to work some how. I lifted B back in the van worried the ramp would not work in NYC . what would we have done ? headed home thinking of all the what ifs. L is amazing mom but this van is a lemon. It’s crazy to think that everyday u might need mechanical help for this van. Please help !

The absolute worst! The very purpose of this vehicle is for Bri's safety and for making transportation easier. This is completely the opposite. I'd be furious:(

Sadly, the ramp and door on this truck haven't worked since this family got the truck a few years ago. It's unreliable and unsafe for Ultimate B Gamer to be stuck in and out of the truck...over...and over...and over...and over. They've been incredibly patient in a terrible situation. A very expensive disaster.

Time to call Better Get Baquero or News 12. This is insane.
