Hello Ma'am, Do you know the reason why your RUclips video views and subscribers are not growing as expected? I know! Because I found 3 main problems while browsing your channel. Can I show you by marking them
From what I’ve found from other people that suffer with PCOS everyone’s symptoms are very different. From weight gain, irregular periods, fertility issues, facial hair the list goes on. You can’t ever get rid of PCOS completely but you can manage your symptoms that you get. I’m not a health care professional this is what I have discovered from my research on PCOS. Please see you your GP or gynaecologist for specific advice if unsure.
But my weight is normal Not like obesity

You have some very sensible advice and I have realised with all my health condition I'm suffering from burnout now .
