Marching Band is Over Rated.....waste of time.... and has NO Educational value...
....of course it was not contest ready. THEY had mistakes everywhere....BUT afterall, they are living on the WINS of past generations. Larry Moore would never had such a performance at contest. HE was perfection and none will ever match his style or ability in KY. Take away those white pants and the PAST and you have just another marching band playing easy music and simple drill........
WILD out of control parents always spoil the Lafayette performances and make people from other schools dislike these student musicians. RUDE, controlling, condescending, arrogant attitudes have no place in a public setting such as a marching contest.
Why is it not a championship worthy show?
It is so great to see my alma mater keep raising the bar. Great show, Yellow Jackets!! Keep striving the be the best you can be.
