What does you tube pay you by the word or by the minute?? Either way I’m finally had enough and just ignoring your channels I’m blocking them.

I am so lucky my HOA is fantastic. Dues are $75 a year and they are only concerned with keeping the street lights on, the roads in good condition and in my case after asking me trimmed my Crepe Myrtle at HOA expense. I know they did it because I was so overwhelmed about things after loosing my husband in May. There is a board member who lives across the street and keeps checking on me. The HOA is not overstepping just making sure I’m ok. Also all my neighbors are the same way. I’m 74 and it’s nice knowing that the HOA and my neighbors are looking out for me. Of course I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 45 years

Where i'm from, blocking someones driveway like that would count as false imprisonment and is seen as a type of kidnapping, the main thing is "you're not allowed to block someones official acces to public road", even *IF* the road "belonged to the HOA" they would still not be allowed to block the acces to public road. Accidentally parking your car in a way that blocks is one thing, but to make a construction? And demand payment (which would require a VERY hard to get permit and first of all would require you to be the private owner of the road) The moment a HOA thinks they have any authority over a non-member property you call a lawyer and prepare for a lawsuit.
