This is a great presentation! Jay references the story Pursuit of Happiness and another story "Victor Frankel's Man's Search for Meaning" both which have been significant inspiration's in my life. I had a chance to see Jay do a workshop at the Anubhuti Meditation & Retreat Centre and it was so uplifting! If you have a chance to see Jay present or attend an event at the Anubhuti Meditation Center, it is so worth it.
