Well his full hollow form has high speed regeneration but that won't help if the juubi fires a bijuu dama capable of leveling a large island that would completely disentigrate him. And you also have to remember this, lanza del relampago is ulquiorra's most powerful attack and he even said that it's very hard to control while the juubi's casual bijuu damas did over 100000x the damage lanza did and I did see a top to lanza and his 3rd form bijuu dama makes that one look small. Hollow ichigo is an ant compared to the juubi.
