Hi! I'm Borax. I create high quality, neatly mixed Hardcore mega-mixes with long tracklists and post them here on RUclips with some nice visuals, showing exactly which track is playing, along side some relevant cool graphics to look at.
Industrial Hardcore Mix 4 (1.5 Hours of rumbling kicks and chaotic beats)
This is my fourth industrial hardcore mix. I've taken the latest releases from labels like PRSPCT, Heresy, Genosha and Broken Strain and mixed them with my personal favourite tracks from the last decade.
I've been checking out the latest craze in EDM land called Hard Techno and Industrial Techno. It surprised me how well some of these harder tracks tie in with the Industrial Hardcore and Darkcore tracks I selected for this mix. I hope including releases from another genre doesn't offend anyone. Just remember: it's always about the music, not about the label.

I work in a very high pace role on night shift and on Friday I had a LOT of orders to do. Started at Thu 10pm and didnt finish first run till 7-8am ish. I had put this on, downed two red bulls and I was smashing through my lists. The pace of the music is perfect for high pace work! My left earpiece is almost dead and I was actually trying to hopefully kill it as the bass kick just sounded like punching paper, right was fine 😂 It did make me think how sad it is that new thunderdome sounds horrific and lacks all these samples, movie quotes, amazing melodies, transitions and just how intricate and involved the 90s thunderdome tracks truly were. When I finished work at 10:30am I got back in my car feeling truly happy that I accomplished a pretty big task. Make sure you eat well with sustainable energy because you will lose weight and grow weak

Millennium the best hardcore style
Love it! I am tied to millennium and industrial hardcore the most. But last year have been attending to several hard techno and industrial techno events and I am really enjoying it so far :) Much more than the latest trends in mainstream hardcore, rawstlye and uptempo, that's guaranteed. I have to add that I've heard and read that many techno legacy artist are in discontent with this new harder/darker techno, I get their point :/ But well music shifts side to side and blends genres very fast lately...Besides that i musically resonate with this new hard techno movement, I like that is a new wave of young producers...Refreshing!
My point exactly Nilfeliu. Coincidently I was at a small hard techno party in my hometown, and some of those kicks went through the roof! Insane!
The Techno purists are crying, and understandably so, but us hard dance fans are raving HARD.

It’s not really dying, it’s just evolving. And the old generation still parties all day on these early beats at early and millennium raves and areas at festivals.

Yes, I understand… the term Industrial is used for various styles and sub genres… also depending on where you comes from. In The Netherlands, in the hardcore/gabber scene, this is what the generally refer to as “Industrial”.

This mix is amazing though I would’ve brought the low frequencies up a tad
I always learned when mastering your tracks or mixes, to keep everything in the green, and to not boost the lows up too much… because most people who play this on their sound system will have a built in bass boost already, resulting in double boom 😄 When I listen to this in my car for instance, my eyes are shaking in their sockets 🫨

Thanks for reposting you comment Grasi 😄. I think the sounds changed for multiple reasons. Reason 1 is because the bigger names at the time were all fed up with the negative image of the hardcore scene around the time, moving to play other styles like hardstyle and techno… this made room for new artists which, instead creating music that scored, produced more creative tracks they actually liked. Another reason I can think of is that the mainstream sound was getting boring, with lots of sing-along hands-in-the-air vibes. A lot of die hard fans missed the rougher more underground rebellious sound from the “old days”. A third reason could be that the hardcore scene at that time was attracting a lot of right-winged assholes whom didn’t necessarily come for the music, but for making trouble. The real music fanatics went to the more underground parties where they played these more industrial sounds. What do you think caused the big switch?
@@boraxmixes appreciate the long answer! Sadly i wasnt even alive at this wonderful time, but i do think the same, also i think because the colorful 90s were over, the 2000s were way more edgy in general, my heart burns for this, Hardcore as it should be.
