We are bringing new life to Sandokan's timeless adventures, introducing them to the new generations.
Discover the story, based on real characters and historical events, of one of the first rebels against the British imperialism in the 19th century.
Sandokan is the main character in “The Pirates of Malaysia” Italian novel series set in the 1840s and written by Emilio Salgari.
The novels narrate the story of a prince who was betrayed and lost his kingdom to the British Empire, but fought back and built an army of rebels to free his people from tyranny.
As all the characters in the novels were in fact based and inspired by real people and events, the time has come to narrate the real and brutal story of those heroes who stood up against the British invasion of Asia in the 19th century.

So nobody read the books? Sandokan had some of his adventures in Malasia, but he was from India. He was not from Malasia. Acording to Emilio Salgari
