Love the 'Sober Self Care' checklist. Clean habits in the house and car are fabulous I'd add trying to eat as clean as possible at least 5 days a week. Getting in the car and going for a nice drive, windows down, tunes up. Reading. A. Lot. Seeing great, supportive family and friends. Never played a hand of poker, but LOVE the movie Rounders. That was great. Really happy to see that mister Price is feeling better. He really gave his life to the Canadiens , should have been the Captain . He is the only reason people were still interested in hockey in mtl since he was more productive than half of the team. A true gentleman since it's rookie year and a great ambassador for the first Nations and Canada as a whole. Enjoy your time with your family and out in the woods .

Talking about the darkest and bleakest days of our lives is one of the most difficult things to do, and many people cannot or will not revisit them in their own mind, let alone share them publicly.
