Building A Complete Fuel System Start To Finish
In this video I walk you through building a complete fuel system for Alex's Dodge Caliber SRT4. This fuel system should be good for over 600hp, and over 800 with larger injectors. The lines and fitting are PTFE, which allows us run E-85 fuel. The Fragola lines and fittings connect to a Fuel Rail from JMB Performance, a Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Pressure Gauge from Aeromotive, and 1000cc Injectors from DeatschWerks. The Canister is from JBP and utilizes a Hellcat Walbro 525lph fuel pump.

In this video we walk you through how to removal the TCM (transmission control module) from an 8HP70 transmission. This particular transmission came out of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. This will probably be pretty similar for other vehicle using the 8HP (8HP75, 8HP90, etc) transmissions including Trackhawks, Durangos, etc. Here at Rusty Nuts Media, we cover automotive events, car shows, par...

I have a caliber srt4 aswell it goes into gear and all that put when I put in 1st my gas pedal isn’t responsive like I could be in 1st and floor it but it slowly increases speed instead of flying like it suppose to? Anybody know where I can start to try and repair it
Not sure if you know or xare at this point, but if you should be abke to get the same keys for all 3 if you contact their support wirh the number on the lock.
You need to make a tool box tour
@@FrankMillion-t6n I might do that soon
ive seen a few others do fuel systems, learned more in this one that any of the others on how it all works.
@@WideOpenThrottleC6 good, hopefully it can help others too. I wish I knew this stuff when I did my first one
Sweet video and very informative. We need to get you more exposure. 💪
@@ModernRedHemi I’ll get there bro. Just gotta keep pushing 🤘🏼
What vaccum did you connect on the regulator?
@@cesarchavez7052 that nipple should be connected to the intake manifold or vacuum source so it can see vacuum and boost. You set your base pressure using the adjustment screw on top (with the vacuum line unhooked and the car idling). Once your base pressure is set, you can connect the line so the fuel pressure can rise and fall depending on vacuum and boost.
would this kit fit on 2015 jeep patriot 2.0L?
@@CRAZCHEVBOY this is not a kit. These are the individual items I used to build my fuel system. You will have to research which fuel rail, injectors, fuel pump/canister, lines and fittings, etc. will work for your car/engine setup. The caliber and patriot are very similar, these exact parts might work for you, but I can’t say 100%.
