this seems like a completely different operation than what they do in the U.S. I saw a video from the Icahn School of Medicine in New York City and they were showing how they do this. Their version is done under general anesthesia and seems to involve a lot more cutting of the vocal cords and stitching them back together. I think the recovery process is longer too, and I think the patient isn't allowed to talk for a certain amount of time afterwards. You should do a video where you explain exactly how many different ways there are to do this surgery, which countries different ones are available or not available in, and why, and what the advantages and disadvantages are of each technique. I bet a lot of people don't know that there are multiple ways of doing this kind of operation.

You can change your voice you can have surgery but unless you take hormones for the rest of your life you can't remain feminized and that is all that you are feminized no 1 can change from men to women or from women to men you can only feminine yourself with hormones or mesculinization with hormone and surgery good luck
