Main thing is to check the color of the lymph nodes. Hogs carry disease & the lymph nodes will let ya know if the meat is safe to eat or not.
I hope that was bow season because boy oh howdy id be slinging lead 😂
How much did it weigh before it was cut?
Just want to know about the trough please
I figured out a long time ago. Deer live sweet feed. We had a molasses barrel lick for cattle ya"ll know the one with the wheel in it that cows would lick the wheel it'd turn and have molasses all over it. Well I got to noticing that the deer ikked it alit also. So one day I got a bag of sweet feed off the pallet and carried it out into the woods dumped it on a trail. Maim the wildlife couldn't resist it. So I carried more pretty soon the ground was so tore up and I'll swear they must have also eaten 8" inches of dirt with it. That was back in 1981 I've been using ever since. And whenever I set up a new place to hunt I saturate it with sweet feed and corn near a new feeder.
How big is too big to eat? I know that they all need to go since they cause so much damage, but I have heard that the monsters are just not good to eat.
How was the room and furniture? It is outdated ?
The room and furniture were fine, but maybe a little outdated. When we were visiting, I believe they were updating one side of the resort.
Cost???
Roughly $1400 not including the roof metal, we already had the metal from a previous project.
Nice job
Thank! We appreciate you watching!
How well does this hold up to other critters like raccoons and possums?
We staked ours down with 12 in garden staples and that helped keep smaller animals away but they could chew through it if they wanted too. In our area, that was never an issue for us and we do have Raccoons and possums!
Awesome, I’ve been there( you stayed in) in two years back to back. It’s absolutely beautiful, the food was perfecto👌🏽, the entire resort was clean and very friendly staff. I’m glad to see that hasn’t changed over the years. We also did some site seeing to the Mayan temples in Chichen Itza, Yucatán. This is one place I would definitely like to revisit.
It is such a beautiful place and would have to agree with you on the food! We have a great experience and would definitely go back in the future!
Is it ok if I ask where you caught those BEASTS OF CRAPPIE
North TEXAS! Check out our long form videos for the details!
Who the butcher
Bayco Meat Processing in Seymour TX.
OSHA entered chat…
They are damn good groceries and wild hog backstrap i believe is better than whitetail
Might have to agree with you! Thanks for watching!
I used the Hortinova trellis for cucumbers and sugar snaps this year too, it worked really well! I used strings of taught poly twine, that I normally use for Florida weave on tomatoes, strung along the tops of the T posts to help reduce sag in the centre.
Great idea to help keep it from sagging! I’ll have to remember that tip! Thanks for watching!
I thought that was an affordable elegant solution! You just earned my subscription.
Thank you for watching and for supporting our channel! 😊
Impacts are so slow! It would go a lot faster if you use drills! Other than that good job!
Thanks for the feedback! We appreciate you watching.

Thank you for the advice. We appreciate your feedback!
Great video!!!! My question would be... can you somehow connect irrigation flanges on the rear of the trailor and allow the water to flow out the back of the trailor?
Absolutely, that could be easily done and wouldn’t need the pump. You could just let it be gravity fed to your rear of the trailer. Thank a for watching!
Can we get an update on what the troughs look like after you drilled holes in them for drainage?
We just added a few holes, so water won’t stand in the troughs. STAY TUNED for a new simplistic trough design! Video coming soon! Thanks for watching!
Love it, but you got a double coat those squash, wet to dry coated to wet again to dry coat that way the spreading don’t fall off
Thanks for the tip! We will try that next time!
That looks like my jersey calf that today my dad and me took him to the Eugene livestock auction and I miss him so much and his name is Brownie
Great job , nice farm and you have the best saff helping you.!!! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much for watching! We appreciate your kind words!
Can someone please explain the process to buy live stock
How do you prevent your well from running dry if water usage is more than your well can replenish your storage tank? I need to add a storage tank but concerned with running my well dry prior to making pump shut off float switch in storage tank
Add a pump saver to the wiring circuit. It will kill the pump when water level is low because it will draw more current if water is empty. Once tripped you can program the pump saver to kick on again In a hour or two…. And start pumping into holding tank again
What was the part name they replaced? Was it the steering sensor?
I think your check valve should go after the pump. I think before the pump can damage the pump. Just what i've read.
Any idea if the you can pruchase transportation from the resort to get you to and from the hotel and airport?
We booked through Beachbound Vacations and were able to book our transportation through it. It was a private transfer and we were very pleased!
MH, you never cease to amaze me!
Just want to add from our own past experience. If you are hauling cattle please put something on the floor so your cows don’t slip down in the poop. We nailed a wire panel to ours. You did a fabulous job and the telephone pole floor will last forever
Thank you for sharing Carol! We learned the hard way, but since this we have added mats to prevent slipping! Love the idea of using a panel!
Looks nice now. Probably saved a lot by buying used and redoing the whole thing. Looks like you do a little Deer hunting also.
Thank for watching! Yes we do, follow us on IG Just posted some deer content! Red_river_living
I’d have loaded them out of that big gate, just in my opinion it’s easier if you can open the trailer door all the way.
Spypoint has great plans and cameras. Wish yall a great deer season.
Thanks for the recommendation! We will have to look into them. Thanks for watching!
Flat roof?
No, it is a Shed Roof. The front is higher than the back.
Good 👍 👍 👍
Thanks for watching!
Yesssss slaying!!!
Thanks for watching!
350 gallons of Ranch dressing. Right about what I need for my dinner salad.
That would make one heck of a salad! Thanks for watching!
What horsepower and gpm is pump on trailer.
It is 150 gpm and 179cc roughly 5 horsepower. Thanks for watching!
Where is the tail???
How did the city come up with the idea of capturing and reselling non potable water. I am from East Texas and I did about the same water hauling system. Only I use one IBC tote and pump water out of my pond.
To be honest, I’m not exactly sure but during the summer months and droughts it has been nice. Thanks for watching!
Would be useful for watering a food plot i might have to make this
Great idea! Thanks for watching!
Deer broke through this netting in 5 spaces in our garden. Also rabbits chewed through it on the bottom.
Good project! I like it. Excellent tip on the firehose & adapter.. Looks brass; seems like $75 well spent.
For me a steak weighs a half pound, so thats a dollar a steak!
Thank you for making this video and including this tip. My application is different but the results I think will be similar so I really appreciate it. I have been composting wood chips in a very tall pile for a year and a half. It was blended with manure and has made some very nice soil. I've deposited it in a checkerboard pattern in my pasture a half yard per pile. Following this process helped me keep the quantity fairly even. But of course there's a big gap between any four piles. I do have hog panels and dragging them behind the tractor will be very easy to do and I like the fact that it will eventually level those piles into one uniform thickness. Thank you again

Dang guys This is same kinda shelter I’m going to build for RV protection. 😅
Now I think i'll have to build myself one of these.
