@@clapgodtg5635 did you update your pc a few days ago by chance? I updated and it completely fucked with my pc. Everytime I opened settings to try to connect to the internet it would crash. so I reinstalled windows 10 and it was fine for a day and then this happened. still haven’t found a solution :( I think my motherboard got messed up but i’m not sure if reinstalling windows would have anything to do with it
@@sofieepic Hello! In my case, the motherboard was dead, So I bought a new one. The Mobo died because of a power outage.

We sure about it??? Bcz m having the same thing does that means my hdd is defective??
This is one of the many factors of having defective hdd or ssd. To confirm it you may use 3rdparty software like "hdtune", "hd sentinel" and read hdd health.

You don't need to change ram, if you are using the same laptop you can buy another ram and add it, because that laptop has 2 ram slots. Also upgrading to SSD will really boost performance but its way expensive than a HDD
