The air pollution index is measured from 0 (good) to 300 (very unhealthy). It's October 22, 2011, and in the last hour, Beijing was measured at 397 according to www.toranacleanair.com/BeijingAirQualityFeed.html -- whoohoo!

In the midst of the sandstorm from the Gobi Desert in Harbin (usa.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2011-05/12/content_12494319.htm), my 2 visitors and I ventured out on my campus to conquer this contraption. (I'm such a stickler for spelling mistakes... I don't know how I overlooked "Forestry" being misspelled! I'm too lazy to edit and upload again, so the annotation will have to do!)
