All sorts of things dealing with my Chevrolet, my International Harvester, and whatever mower I'm currently working on. I also frequent several local ATHS shows, hit and miss engine shows, and antique tractor shows. I have also started dabbling in antique fans, so those may pop up as well.
1954 Eclipse Rocket Deluxe Reel Mower w/Weed Topper Test
A few years ago, I picked this mower up from the original owner's grandson. it had sat in a garage since the late 60s, and every joint was seized. I've soaked every joint for the past year in whatever penetrating oil was at the front of the shelf in my garage and it finally started moving. The plan is to fully disassemble this mower and restore it to its former glory. It may even get used around the yard some too.

DIY 5 Gallon Bucket Swamp Cooler Build How To
Просмотров 8593 года назад
It has been quite toasty in my shed in the summers working on old mowers (or tuning up new stuff), and I decided to do something about it. I came across a set of plans to build a swamp cooler out of a 5 gallon bucket and it has proven to be a worthwhile endeavor. Here are the links to the parts I used. The tubing is just generic 3/8" ID poly tube from Lowe's, and the tee is on the same aisle. O...
1934 Westinghouse 12-FL-3 Fan

Picked this fan up about a year and a half ago on Facebook Marketplace. All it needed was a new cord and some oil, and it became a great runner. I use it in my garage when working on my '66 C-10.

24" Frigid Pedestal Fan Test
Просмотров 1473 года назад
I picked this pedestal fan up for my garage on FB Marketplace last summer and I had to test it out after putting a new cord on it. It is currently disassembled to have the cage repaired and the blade balanced. I'll have more videos of it once it's back together.

1967 Cub Cadet 122 Start Up & Walk Around
Просмотров 9153 года назад
Last spring (behind on uploading videos), I bought a Cub Cadet 122. It needed some attention to get it back running and operational. I have the front push blade and a 48" mowing deck for it, and it's going to be my weekly mower. While I had the transmission split from the chassis, I added a creeper gear and the three point lift. There will be more videos of this one to come.

1915 Century RS Motor and 1916 Power Hacksaw
Просмотров 6275 лет назад
I upgraded the motor on my 1916 Diamond Saw Works power hacksaw from a 1/30hp gearmotor to a 1915 1/4hp Century Model RS motor. It took a little figuring to get the speed right, but it's working great now and is a period-correct set of items (besides the modern power cord). Enjoy!

I had this Briggs last spring, it idled high and I wasn't too successful at slowing this one down for some reason or another. I sold it to fund other projects.

I got to run the Jeddo Coal #85 yard locomotive at the NC Transportation Museum for my birthday present from my family. This isn't me operating, I was next in line to go. I had a blast operating it.

Awesome old classic Ford fire truck & I like that yellow 1951 - 1953 Chevy pickup too. What is that tall vehicle in the background at 0:00? I've never seen anything like that before.
That is a 1951 Corbitt Tall Boy. I believe that one is currently in the Ken Eder collection in Carthage, NC. corbitttrucks.com/tall-boy/
That is the first truck I drove hauling coal. What a work horse it was
That’s a peerless engine on a reeves boiler and drivers.
looks like an old 220 on a slant seen one befote
What is it got for a power train..220 and a 10 speed ?
No, a C-160 and an 8-speed.
Cool... thanks for the update....
He's got a nice 806, and a girl. What more could he need?
😢 *Promo SM*
A Peerless with a Reeves stack!
I have this exact model…….you may already know this….but if you will look right above the word “ AMPS” there is the TINYEST print which is the date of manufacture date. At least the is where mine was printed. Mine is ( 10-18-34 ). You HAVE to use a magnifying glass to see it. Good luck !!
Rottami
This is an ACTUAL TRUCK! It is NOT a "FAT", "GLAM", PENIS REPLACEMENT!
Will you sale it if so how much
I've done a considerable amount of work to it since this video. If I sold it, it would be for $1500+.
Nothing runs like a deere
Seems like a JN-130 or C-160 i to me! What a great sound! Grew up with these and JS-6-B and sold & serviced 21,000+ Cummins engines in all applications save submarines😂 God bless the souls of great men like J.I. Miller, Don E. Tull, Dick Stoner who were real leaders for all 🙏🙏
Beautiful 😍🎖️🙋
I’ve driven many of them
I think White built their own gasoline engine's, they were flat heads I helped my dad work on them when I was a kid. Some of them were pretty good sized cubic inch displacement.
Nice, but you should have cleaned the fan and paint so it last 50 more years, I change my metal squirl cage to plastic though alot less noise ,nice truck
Super MTA the last of the M series. Great run for Farmall.
Awesome I love old school trucks
Thanks for posting this! I was there this year, but didn't get close during the startup procedure.
I found a early 50's wc-22 in niles Ca this last saturday
That “b-61” was a b-67 or b-66
These were made in Elyria ohio. The man that started the garford automobile made his money selling the first padded bicycle seat.
Thanks man
Love seeing old iron come back to life. We're going to be working on a '56 Chevy car that's been sitting for 34 years and try to fire it up. It has the original motor so we're hoping it will run and be rebuildable.
Driver would be 1st one to know when it was raining
I was at this show, held at the North Carolina Transportation Museum.
Looks like your intake valve isn’t seating properly. I noticed some backwash just after it started. May need a lapping.
Beautiful
Greetings from the Ohio Porters! 🇺🇸 Those old White 3000 were quite unusual and cool! I’ve seen just a few over the years and have grown to love them! 🥰 I’m a big cabover fan! 🥰 My 1st cabover was a 1974 Marmon cabover then a 1965 Ford C800. Loved them both! 🥰 Cabovers Rule!!!! 🥰🤩🇺🇸✌️
Gorgeous truck. Starting when I was a kid there was an area rancher that had a used Corbitt for over 20 years ( about 1965 to 1986) to haul his hay and cattle. He parked it as some parts were getting hard to find for it but I remember that old truck and it's growling motor.
Give that baby life.
Where is this truck today?
Last I knew of it, it was in Lexington, NC disassembled to be rebuilt into a rollback tow truck. That was 6 (?) years ago and haven't heard about it since.
I hope they didn't scrap it.
Me too.
Now there is something you don't see every day. It seated 4 full grown men because they had to stand on the shoulders of each other just to clean the bugs off the windshield.
Wow that brings back memories I used to ride shot gun with my dad back when I was 8 years old Look like that one used to haul newspaper and carbard.
Nice one 👍🏿
Perfektná Mašina 👍👍👍💪💪💪
Que hermoso camión tengo uno igual
Beautiful truck man! I'm working on my dad's truck now.
Nevermind... here's my update😂
I remember as kid seeing a lot of White 'Super Power' gas, 'Mustang's' and diesels. The east coast was good for seeing many Whites, Diamond T's International 's, Mack's, Autocars, GMC 'cannonballs, Dodges, Ford's, and sometimes the occasional Pete, KW, or White-Freightliner. This was along time ago for me as I'm. heading toward 71. Their were also Federal's and Brockway's.
I don't think guys Next door were jealous of the tractor as much as jealous of the girls on the fender!
