      I wouldn't say it's because of the gym. It was me cleaning up my diet, not eating rubbish processed and sugary foods. Mewing and nasal breathing helped a lot with that too.

      Micropore tape. It keeps my mouth shut so I nasal breathe when sleeping

    What about if I have a very low body fat percentage (less than 10%). Then is it ok to dirty bulk

      To a certain extend yes. If starting out you could aim for 50% Dirty 50% Clean

    I find your content interesting for me. Please give me advice on how to taper down my addiction to coffee. How do you prepare a cup of coffee without sugar, is it ok to use a creamer?

      Coffee is an interesting one. I'm not a coffee lover myself so it's not a problem that I have. What I would do if i was suddenly addicted to caffine is to really sit down and think. Think if caffine is actually benefitting me, or is it negatively affecting my health in anyway. If the benefits outweigh the negatives. Then I would just take the L of it, unless you can find other alternatives to it. If it doesn't, then we have to tackle your impluse control. Because it's still very likely that you'll find yourself drinking it out of habit. Meditation, willpower training, putting more intention into it will help.       Once a week is not so bad, depends on the volume of "sweet treats" you're talking about. If you were being honest with yourself. If you limit this pleasureable thing that you know is bad for you, will it actually be once a week? Usually when we try to limit an addiction for example playing 1 hour of video games a day. It wouldn't even be fun and we tend to go overtime. Since we already went overtime, why not just continue binge playing right?

    Tried this and it works very well! When I just looked at those cream-filled oreo brownies for 10 minutes straight, the snack started to look almost disgusting to even consider putting in my mouth. Definitely worth trying 👍

    First of all, congratulations! I would love to have a sculpted body like yours.       Thank you brother I appreciate it. 1. It's not a MUST to take protein powder, although protein powder will help you hit your protein goals for the day. I personally don't take it because it causes ance. I take 5g of creatine every single day. Don't have to go more than that. 2. It's good to have at least a rest day. 6x/week would be ideal. 3 times a week is definitely enough to build muscle but it will be slower as compared to 6x a week. More volume usually = more muscle 3. For the workout template I gave, go 6x/week with 1 rest day. No worries bro. If you have further questions you can directly message me on Instagram. I'll be more than happy to help

      That's exactly my height and weight LOL. If you lean bulk correctly, you'll definitely benefit from packing on more muscle and size. I'm bulking currently. I have a video coming out really soon about my plans and how i'll be bulking up

    so I'm 14 42kg. The calorie calculator said I should have 1700 calories to lean bulk. So If I do this and workout I should get bigger?

      I agree with Aarav here. Definitely should be eating WAY more as you're still a young guy going through puberty. My advice would be to just eat as much as you can. Don't even worry about if you're eating too much. You're only allowed to say you're eating too much if you have a double chin LOL. The last thing you want is to be 18 years old (puberty starts to slow down), and you're still light as fuck. It's way harder to change your body weight the older you get.

      Yes it is. Ideally you want to be in a 300-500 calorie surplus. If you're anorexic then I do suggest eating WAY more than a 500 calorie surplus No pressure but you can DM me on IG so that I can understand the situation further

      I hope it helped! I was going 6 days a week (PPL,PPL,REST). It's ideal to hit a muscle group twice a week for optimal muscle growth
