Oh noo haha winter is my favourite but I think I'm very lucky to live in a place where it's not too super cold and we have lots of decorations and stuff up in the city!! Hii my sister helped me set up all the recording stuff because I'm not very technical with laptops and stuff so this may not be the most helpful response but I know the switch stays in its usual charging dock and then I have a cord to connect the dock to my laptop and then I record on OBS and play with the joycons hand held!! I really hope that helps I'm sorry if it wasn't a very clear answer aha
