Where the sigma is measure ten
Finna play this at my middle school festival🔥
😎
Same
I have mine today
same we just did and made it to states
did it for my beginner ensemble and did it perfectly
their balance wasn't fully correct like at 1:26 the Euphonium or French horn was way too loud and the trill at 2:02 was too loud so they can have a little more practice and otherwise they were pretty good
This is a high school band, they aren't gonna be perfect
I recently moved up to honors band, but when I used to be in symphonic we played this and as an 8th grader, first chair clarinet, and first part, it was really fun.
We’re playing it in 6th grade
@@olivia_ritcheysame
I’m playing it in beginning band
We’re also playing it in 8th grade
We have this as a marching show and we have 3 parts
it’s a tradition at our school to play this !!
Just played it today for my winter concert! I had the sax solo in "When christmas comes to town"
Why is this sped up
It isn't. It's meant to be played at a faster pace.
Yeah it’s supposed to be pretty fast my band is playing it a bit faster honestly
I played this for my 5th grade concert
😊
It’s not
1:03 is when it starts

Playing this band piece for SWMS December 7th
Good luck!
Too fast
True.
Great to hear this piece again, always proud of the Joliet music dept. Starting with Mr Peter's who inspired the young in the grade school bands, many progressed through the high school system and beyond. My brother Sam for one, who spent his years in the Navy Annapolis band and still plays and educates.
I played this at my school! I’m part of a band
I’m doing that this year! Any tips? ( I’m orchestra not band)
Man and machine and nothing there in between

Nice Job! I enjoyed it very much! - Randall Standridge, composer “Blue Sky Horizon”

Wow
Y'all didn't have to do the Marimba solo At the beginning that dirty man good song! Though. We're playing this at our Winter concert and i play the Marimba so that silence ouch. Lol it was great though
My highschool band is so small we only have the basics of this song. There is so much potential for it 😭
I'll bet it still sounds great! Keep up the good work. Do you have any videos of your bands performances?
@@thelockwoodchannel1097 Not currently no, we are doing a parade soon, but I can see if my teacher will let me record audio during practice!
@@thefacedownertfd4336 that would be great to hear! Keep up the good work and good luck in the future. We need more musicians in the world.
I’m playing this in my schools 7-8 band. A group called Wildacat Winds
Very cool. I hope you enjoy playing this piece of music. I know The Joliet Central High School Band enjoys it!
Whats the metronome
I don’t know. I just record the band during concerts and post them to their Facebook page. I’m sorry I do not have an answer for you. Please like and subscribe to see the other concert performances. Thank you for the comment.
