Only thing worse than a halo collar is this computer voice. I found the Halo collar a very poor product. I bought a collar back in late 2020. Had multiple issues with it not working. Returned for a refund. This all took about a year to send it in multiple times and then to get the refund. In late November of 2021 they came out with an updated version. Claimed they had fixed all the issues. I applied my refund for the new collar. Upon receiving the new collar the same issues persisted. My dog would get beeps and corrections when no where near the boundaries. Corrections and beeps would be delayed. In the summer of 2022 it quit working all together. Would not charge. I would not count on these collars to completely safeguard your dog. The quality is not there. The connectivity can be spotty with anything on cell data or gps. They should not put your pet's safety on this. The workmanship and reliability is not consistent. Might as well spend the $ on fencing or an underground dog fence. If you do try it out, please be aware of the very short window of time to return it. A 60 day return policy melts away fast with training and product shipping.

Mine quit working one month out of warranty. It randomly quit charging, and I tried resetting it already. It just randomly quit charging out of the blue. Anyone else have a problem with this? I've tried everything support suggested to me.

Costs them $30 to make a collar. Then they want to charge you every month for literally just using the collar how it is designed to be used. Blow me

I bought a dogtra pathfinder 2. Had 4 different ones stop working while in use. Luckily I found my dog. Now the 4th one isn't working and a customer service representative laughed at me when I asked for my money back. If you love your dog, don't buy a dogtra. Over priced junk

I like your video it was explained pretty good however the voice robot doesn't sound very good it doesn't sound trustworthy. You would get a lot of positive feedback I'm using your real voice then a computer generated one

what about apple airtag, can't I simply use it as a dog tracker?
